Refund of Money

I have ordered online, a Track Suit Kit from India Today Book Club’s Today Shop @Rs2998.00 on 31 March. The order was registered with order no 110018357 & Membership no ITBC09981427. The items were sent through DART courier no 6127221995 on 4 Apr. Since sent parcel was containing different item i.e. Summer Kit in place of Track Suit Kit, I did not take the delivery of parcel and sent back the same through same delivery man.

Since then I am asking refund of my amount of Rs2998.00, but ITBC have not sent the amount till today. I have lodged four complaints no 108618 Dt 19-05, 117291 Dt 26-05-1009, 126919 Dt 05-06 and 134865 Dt 17-06. Also reminded ITBC for refund by e-mails of 19-06, 20-07, 03-08, 14-08, 23-08, 25-08, & 08-09. The address of ITBC is “India Today Book Club, B-17 Indira Enclave Neb Sarai New Delhi 110068
