Order not processed even after 3 months

One Mr. Siddharth called me on my mobile from India Today Book Club on July 8 and he made me place an order of 12 best seller books for Rs.2598/-. This offer also offered two free return air tickets anywhere in India, 2 night stay in any of the listed hotels for two adults and one kid with 2 veg meals per day. The order number given to me was 110001734 dated July 8. I made the payment over the phone itself thru the credit card. Till date i have not got the order delivered to me. I have sent atleast 35 mails with all the details like proof of the payment made to them, credit card statement showing that the payment made to them etc. every time i send a mail, i get a reply that " your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department". there is a customer care number 011-40502424 annd whenever i dail the number we are asked to hold the line and nobody comes onlin till it gets disconnected after a 10-15 minutes. I never ever thought that India Today group is such a fraud company. can anyone advise me how to go about this? it is not the money involved in it but the way the company treat its customers.
