Cannot claim gift vouche

I purchased their online offer for Reebok products and was told to claim my gift voucher for Rs. 5000/- directly from Surat Diamonds. Since the last 4 days I have been trying to do this but without success. Please, I want to know if this is a fraud company and have I lost the money which I paid through my credit card. Otherwise I should be informed how to claim my gift voucher.
