Refund is awaited for more than 4 months

Sir, I have paid an amount of Rs. 5943.00 on 26th May for some free stay informed by them over the phone and after succesfully making the payment they have sent the vouchers in some other's name. Hence, the same was sent back and asked for the Refund as I was not at all interested in the said dealing. They have asked me to send the scanned copy of the Credit Card Statement which was sent more than 3 months back. Still they are coming out with somany reasons of their system failure to justify the delay in refunding my amount. I think that there is a total failure in their system only. Whenever I give a call to their delhi number from Mumbai I have to hold it for more than 10 minutes for somebody to answer and after that when somebody speaks they put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. After doing this exercise for more than 6 times, and getting assurances which is not fulfilled till this date. Hence, I request you to kindly let me know where I have to take up the matter to get my refund. Regards. Sridha
