Non receipt of Holiday vouchers

They have debited my credit card for two packages of books promising holiday vouchers. The conversation of your telesales agent is recorded in my cell phone. I have received the packages of book. Now on enquiry on 011 40502424 I am told that I have to claim the free gifts from website www.booktoday.in/promos.htm. But that very webpage does not open at all. Basically it is a non existant site. My Membership no is ITBC09112192 and ITBC09112193. The Invoice No are ORA090066181 and ORA090066183.

I have given complaint at orders@indiatodaybookclub, response@@indiatodaybookclub, feedback@@indiatodaybookclub.

Now, I find that there are so many victims like me by going through the websites. Please advise what to do so that this open cheating with innocent victims by a renouned company can be stopped and the cheaters can be brought to book.
