Non Receipt Of Free Gift

They have debited my credit card for two packages of books promising holiday vouchers. The conversation of your telesales agent is recorded in cell phone. I have received the packages of book. Now on enquiry on 011 40502424 I am told that I have to claim the free gifts from website www.booktoday.in/promos.htm. But that very webpage does not open at all. I doubt it is a hoax website. My Membership no is ITBC09112194 and ITBC09112195. The Invoice No are ORA090066184 and ORA090066182.

I have given complaint at orders@indiatodaybookclub, response@@indiatodaybookclub, feedback@@indiatodaybookclub.

Now, I find that I am only one of so many victims by going through ypur website. Please advise what to do so that this thugs who are running a 'renouned company' can be brought to book.
