Non receipt of Phillips home theater purchased against offers

I received promotional offer by ITBC thru irctc site to purchase a Phillips DVD and home theater system worth Rs7598 along with free holiday and a free Reebok wristwatch, which i availed after paying online by SBI card on 08/09. i received an SMS giving the order no as 996470979 and an e-mail giving the order no as M-COMMERCE / 0GA090074585. for any queries, i was asked to contact 01140502424. After somedays, i recevied another printed form to join the sweepstakes for Rs 800000 and a promotinal offer to purchase a discounted "History of the World". i sent the filled up form for the sweepstakes only. Almost a month has passed without any further communication regarding my merchandise and nobody is available to provide assistence on the given phone number. Kindly assist as this matter is causing me great mental hardship and i have vowed never to make any more online purchases.
