Despatch of Inferior Quality Socks

On the basis of SMS from ITBC I placed an order for 3 Reebok Socks of MRP Rs.597. In response ITBC despatched 3 Reebok socks of Rs.297, via their Invoice #ORA090047851 dt. 25.05.09, Order #OGA090048683 dt. 25.05.09 and Membership #ITBC08786785.

On 01.06.09 I got a parcel & found the socks ofMRP Rs.297, hence I pointed out the matter to them through mail dt.01.06.09.On 03.06.09 I received a mail from ITBC (Mr. Amit-Executive Relations), asking me to return the socks for changing those with the ordered quality socks (MRP Rs.597). Since then I followed the matter with them constantly and every time they assured me to despatch the socks of required quality. Some times they asked for some more time due to its unavailibility in their stocks. ITBC vide their mail dt. 26.09.09 informed me about the despatch of socks. Again I requested them, through mail, to send the socks of MRP Rs.597. On 04.10.09 I got the parcel of socks of inferior quality, which I had already returned four months ago. I immediately informed them about the quality & tried to contact them over phone, but they are silent, not responding my mail. As per your record 2537 complaints are on this company, which shows their modus operandi.

I therefore request you to intervene in the matter & advise them to do the needful immediately.
