Never Received the parcel

I had ordered a Samsung Star phone from the India Today book Club on 12th Sept 09. The money transaction had happened through my credit card immediately on 12th Sept09. It has been a month now and I have not received my parcel as yet. The company fails to help me out and the call center fellows just ask me to wait. They have also informed me that the parcel was dispatched on the 26th of Sept 09, which has not reached me still. I am worried if i would ever receive my parcel
