Non Refund of Courier Charges

Hi

My order Number was :

Order Number OGA090053958

Membership Number ITBC0944450 7770026561

I had ordered a Swatch Chrono watch for Rs3750

But it turned out to be a faulty one. So i asked for Refund. They asked me to send it through Courier and attach the courier receipt for Refund.

After 3 months of Continuos Pursuit the Refund of Rs3750 was achieved.

but the courier Charges were never refunded. I had sent them the Courier Receipt also

For Express Delivery the BlueDart department charges Rs380/-

Please let me know how to file Charges,
