Kodak Camera offer, false information

I accepted an offer for Kodak c-180 camera over phone on sept 22. I was promised that the product will include 2 mb memory card and pouch. I had also opted for silver colour. I got Black camera. No Pouch. No Memory Card. Also, the sales representative promised that it would be delivered in one week. It took three weeks for delivery after calling 7-8 times. In addition, I was promised Reebik Sunglasses, Holiday Voucher and Srat jewelllery voucher along with the camera itself. However, the invoice only containd a link to claim gifts which IS UNDER MAINTAINANCE AS ALWAYS...!!!I paid Rs 5748/- for the product which is available in market for Rs 5499/-. The order # is OGBO90001541, INVOICE # ORB090001183. This is my second HORRIBLE experience with this company. I had earlier order Brittanica CD pack and was promised a Adidas Bag and Holiday Voucher. This was made around a year back. After trying to login to claim gifts for almost three months, I gave up. This company is a scam and must be stooped.
