Non Delivery

On April 4th i ordered 3 Benetton watches for the amount of almost 1500 rupees. The amount was paid by credit card. Few weeks later I received a package with only one watch in it. Luckily I had opened the package in front of the courier delivery person. I immediately called the India today book club and they asked me to sip it back to them in earnest. I was also told that the shipping charges will be paid back to me. On 30th April I couriered back the said parcel and was delivered on 5th of May. I have called numerous times and probably spent 600 rupees on phone charges but till this date they have only one answer that their systems have not updated the receipt of one watch so they can not dispatch the goods ordered. I have spoken to Mr. Jitendra senior executive but to no avail. i wonder how ITBC works and how they manage all this. It is also unbelievable that all of this happens under the nose of law enforcers. There has to be some order. Hope someone see and acts upon this complaint.
