Not Received my Holiday Package with Air Tickets

I had Ordered 12 books with 3 CD's on 1st Week of September for Rs. 3200. I had made the payment through my Credit Card. At the time of Order the concerned person told me that i will get Holiday package of 3 days and 2 nights with Air Tickets for 2 people any where in India which i can use with in 1 year. He told me that i will get the package with in 10-15 days. I received Books package on last week of September, with out the Tour Package. Also the CD's in the Package are damaged. I have called their no. 011-40502424 many times, but no one takes the call and it will keep you waiting. I had been wasting so much money on making calls. My Booking ID is: 440007856 and my Membership No. is ITBC09114201 and my Invoice no. is ORA090066517TS.

I got my books with Dispatch No.: 4560.

I have also mailed to them but no reply.

Hope compalint is booked against this club for cheating people and making false claims and promises.
