Non Receipt of free gifts

I had purchased some CDs from ITBC through their offer. Order no 0GA090044546 dated 24-03 for Rs1, 099/-. My membership no. allotted by them - ITBC09937060. I was to receive free Reebok T shirt and Addidas bag. Since April 01, I am trying to get my free gifts but in vain. I have made innumerable calls and emails to them but only promises come that I will receive my gifts within next 2 to 3 weeks. Now more than 6 months have gone and there is no communication from ITBC on my free gifts. All my communication is recorded with them but they do not care. How can I get my free gifts?
