Non receipt of travel vouchers

I had purchased a collins complete history of the world for Rs2199 incl of handling. The amt was debited to my card and recd the packet containing the book and a few other free books and one rebook watch on 23/10/09. In the invoice dt 15/10, invoice no ORAO90008742 I was given a membership ID and web id to login and claim the special offer (travel vouchers). I am not able to login with these ID's. I have just seen other complaints and feel that even I have been taken for a ride.
