Non delivery of pre-paid consignment

With reference to the above order and online payment of Rs. 7, 598/-, paid by me on 08.09.09, for "Philips DVD Player and Home Theatre System", I have not received the consignment so far. It was informed that the order will be delivered within two to three weeks.
After various mails, and lodging of a complaint in this site, I got a response giving Docket No. 1114162& Tracking No. 69358186 of Dart Mail. I had gone to Dart Mail site and found that they have picked up the consignment on 06.10.09. Till today I have not received the consignment. When contacting India Today Book Club, they says wait for some more time. I would like to lodge a complaint in this regard, and hope to get your immeadiate intervention to either deliver my order or to get a refund of my payment.
