Reebok Shoes- Wrong Size

I had ordered Reebok Shoes through India Today Book Club. However I ordered size US size 6 and recieved a US size 8, three months ago. I then couriered back the shoes to them at my cost. I have now recieved the same shoes back in replacement!!! despite giving a clear complaint. Complete waste of money. Can anyone help me to exchange this pair of shoe for a pair which is US size 6 please.
