Further to the above subject and as per the below details, I have returned the shipment to them on a same day through overnite courier under POD no.600105279. Now it's more than a one and half month and everytime there are different people handling query. I have a writen confirmation from them saying we will pay as early as possible but no on is takeing immediate action.

Request you to take a necessary step towards to resolve the same as inidia today book clubs are cheating people by offering duplicate product and making people fool around them.
