Order not deleirved, amount deducted already from credit card

Hi,

On 28 th Oct 09 I ordered a Kodak Camera 9.2 Megapixel Camera Free Jwellery Coupun worth Rs 5000/- free Hotel and return Air ticket vouchers at a price of Rs 5198/- the amount has already been charged on my credit card but the order has not been delivered to me.

I tried to reach their Call Centre number provided but it kept me on hold for a long time and ultimately I had to disconnect the call without being able to have any discussion with their reprsentative.

Please also note that another order placed on my wife's name for two watches (1 Reebok and 1 Swatch) free hotel and free return air fare vouchers, worth Rs 2999/- taxes, on the same date and time with the ITBC has been delivered at my address on 2nd Nov 09.

Please report a complaint against ITBC. The sales represantative with whom I placed the order introduced herself to me as Sharerel.
