Non receipt of samsung mobile phone and Holiday package

On 30 sept I had I had ordered a samsung mobile through India today book club executive over the phone and was promised the delivery of the same in 14 working days along with a holiday package and the money was deducted from my credit card on the same day. Since then there is no news of the Samsung Mobile or the Holiday package. I had attempted to call the help line a number of time but found that after the initial automated response you are put on a hold perpetually and have wasted my precious time and money on STD calls. Any attempt by the internet by email puts you through a bunch of unprofessionals (who cant even get their grammer correct), who mail you that your complaint had been put to the concerned dept and will revert to you when they hear from them with no specifics of the estimated time when they will get back. The level of insensitivity is so much so that the response mail subject contains a line citing it as ' Suspected Spam'.
I had another bad experience when in one of the prior order I was not delivered a track suit of a specific colour which I had asked for. However with much hagling after convincing them to go through their recorded transcript of the conversation while making the order, I was able to convince them to take back the product but I never attempted that as I KNEW THAT IT WILL TAKE ITS OWN SWEET TIME FOR A REFUND IF AT ALL IT TOOK PLACE.BUT THIS TIME I AM DETERMINED TO TAKE THIS CASE TO A LOGICAL CONCLUSION.
BY THE FEEL OF IT I DON' T THINK THE COMPANY WOULD SURVIVE TOO LONG, JUST PRAYING THAT LIVING MEDIA SURVIES TILL IT MAKES MY REFUNDS AND STOP FOOLING PEOPLE.
