Non receipt of shoes

Sir I am an ITbC memeberand my membership no. is ITBC09877852. I have purchased a Bhajan CDs set and i was assured for sure gift of a pair of REEBoK shoe alongwith holiday voucher and round ticket. But I am deeply regret to inform you inspite of my shoe no. given to the customer executive and repeated reminders I have not received any gift inlcluding the Air journey voucher and holiday voucher. I once again to kindly look after the things and suggest me how to avail these vouchers. Otherwise as per my opinion India today book club is loosing faith amongst the valueable customers by the fasle commitments made to the the customers by collecting huge amount from them. i shall highly be obliged if a suitable reply to my complaint is sent within 24 hours time.
