Non refund of amount paid against holiday package

I Had purchased TWO holiday packages from India Today Book Club worth Rs 5943/- each totalling Rs 11886/- .
When India Today book club couldnot provide me the package during my leave period, I asked the procedure of getting refunds.
I have followed the complete procedure as conveyed by them, but there is no response from there side regarding refunds.
I wish to give a very wide publicity to such SCAMs done by India today book club thru such consumer complaints.
I dont know whether and when I will be able to recieve the amount, but India Today book club MUST be penalized heavily and blacklisted for playing with the money of public.
