Not Recieving free Gift

I am vishal from lucknow up.india today book club send me a offer by email that i can purchase four best seller books in 499 and a rebook watch free. I order them but i recieved only book not gift .when i complaint about this they would not satisfy me also say that if i purchase a dvd player then i found my free gift .company is fooling persons.i don't know that what i do how i find my free gift.
