Bag and CDs not Received

One month before I got an email from IRCTC (irctcpromotions@irctc.co.in) regarding a offer (Claim your FREE adidas bag & 2 FREE bestsellers). I purchased this package which included Adidas bag and 2 CDs by doing payment through my credit card. BUT I have not recived my package.

I wrote many emails but till today I have not recieved any reply from your side.

I am not sure how to file a complain against those people. Can anyone help me
