Purcahsed Items not received even after 2 months of payment

I have purchased One Camera from India today book club and While purchasing two items were free in the deal.1.Reebok pair of sun glass.2.Rs 5000 gift voucher..This items were purchased on 23rd sept and Rs 5748 was paid on that particular day. I have mailed them several times about the tentative date of delivery but still no convincing answer was not conveyed... I am frustrated now... Can you help me in this regard.
