Order not received

Dear Sir,

I have placed an order with ITBC on 13/10/09 for Art d'Inox dinner set worth Rs.6698 which I have paid through credit card. My booking Id is 7770062311. As they have told me on phone that they will be despatching the item within 3-4 weeks. It is more than one month and I did not receive the consignment till today. The customer care number which thay have given is not at all working and I have spent lot of money on phone calls to this number. Kindly give me your suggestions on proceeding further. Kindly, help me in this regard. They have kept on calling me so, I have accepted their offer and arranged to pay the amount with my friend's credit card. Rs.6698 is a big amount for me.
