Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered a Benetton sunglasses and paid Rs. 599/- towards postage and handling but when the package was delivered it contained a Reebok watch. When I contacted ITBC about this wrong doing then I got the mail from Susheel Kumar apologising on their behalf and asked me to return the package so that they can send the correct item. When I asked who will bear the postage charge of sending the wrong item back to them then I got no reply from their side, since then I have tried to contact them numerous times but no one has replied. Even the helpline number that they have provided does not work. So beware people of ITBC and the fraud behind it.
