Not receiving the book ordered

Dear Sir,

I had ordered a book through India Today Book CLub for Rs.2199 on 11th September with a promise of Free gift of Reebok watch and Air tickets. Till now its been 4 months and i have not received anything. i have written about 10-15 mails to them and every time i get the same reply from different people asking me to wait for sometime. their helpline doesnot provide proper customer service. I am made to wait for 40 mins every time i call them to get my query answered. ITBC are making fool of its custiomers... pls help me
