Refund is credited at given time

Hi,

I have order a product from 29th of September from India today book club. But till February 11th i didn't receive my order from there end.

So finally i decided to cancel my order 11th of February and raised a request for canceling my order. At that time they (India Today customer care agent) make a commitment to refund my my amount with in 15-21 working day.

After one month when i asked them about the status for my refund amount they again say they required some more time to refund the amount.

Please suggest what i should do??
