WRONG ITEM DELIVERY AND NON REFUND OF ADVANCE PAYMENT

1. Purchase on phone by order no. 0GA090079541 Dec for Rs. 2498/-, wrong size of flotters sent. Not changing the item with correct one. On telephonic conversation, executive only say they will revert back soon. No action taken as yet.

2. Purchase of Digital Camera on phone by order no. 0GA090078650 ON 28/12 for Rs. 5498/- not yet received digital camera. I asked on Feb to refund the money, not received even my payment back. Only I got emails that they will take action soon.

I request you to take action against the company, I m ready to take legal action, go to court. Please let me know the procedure I will be thankful to you
