I had booked Three Nos. HOLIDAY PACKAGES with free Reebok sunglasses (as told by ITBC representative) ON 04.08.09.Only, later on I came to know that offer was for Reebok sunglasses and holiday voucher was free. This way the representative misguided us. Bookings were done in the name of JITENDRA VERMA, YOGENDRA SWARNKAR, & AVINASH CHANDER for which following booking ID were provided to me:

My Credit card was punched two times for amount Rs. 999 & Rs. 1998.

I have received Reebok sunglasses for the order in the name of Avinash Chander.(Memb. No. ITBC 0997452) Order No. 0GA090066322.

Other two orders were compiled into singleorder in the name of Jitendra Verma. I cancelled my two orders for total amount of Rs. 1998 in the name of Jitendra Verma (& Yogendra Swarnkar) due to wrong committment from your representative and delay in process. But the Amount of Rs. 1998 have not returned to me despite writing many times and contacting your call center. I had already mailed my credit card statement at itbc4u@indiatodaybookclub.com with transction reference No.

The membership No. for Jitendra Verma is ITBC 0989465, order No. OGA090064103 (got from your call center) and complaint No. is 210862.

When I called again on 13.04.10, Complaint Ref. No. 449376 was provided to me and refund was promised by end of April. But till date I have not received any.
