Received faulty products and waiting for replacement

I have ordered for a Reebok Fitness Kit two months back. I found that track suit was of different size than ordered and wrist watch had fungus on it! So, sent the items back for replacement. Till then I have made numerous calls and it is not yet resolved. Everytime I call customer care at 011 40502424 I am told that it will take 10 more days. My latest complaint# is: 463780.

Overall, it has been nightmare to go for this purchase. Delivery was late, then customer care is as insensitive as it could be. Return process is simply not there. Different executives will tell you different things.
