Sir,
I regretfully bring to your notice that as per your written communicationalong with required literature &scheme vouchers, in the month march/ april I had ordered 16 raga cd's for worth Rs.2475 I had also made payment towards the same by cheque in the same months & also in the month of may the said cheque is encashed by you but till date I had not received the said 16 raga cd's & free gifts i.e reebok sun glasses with book/novels collection etc.
