I am not satisfied with your product and services

Subject: regarding the free gift.

i had ordered a cd pack of three with india today they have sent me the cd which is in pathethic condition scratches on it as if it is used already i dint returned it i said ok let it be, then came the matter regarding the free gift which i was entitled to receive in october but have not yet received from last 10 months i have called 50 times regarding this but of no avail, the answer which they have are as follows:

1) adiddaas sipper is not in stock.

2) it is available in the stock we will despatch it in 10 to 15 working days.

3) our system is down we were not able to send to any one.

4) we have registered ur request u will receive in 10 to 15 working days.

All this bluff goes on and on repeatingly for 10 months.

Now i have decied to move to consumer forum of mumbai.
