I am not able to claim the free gifts promised to me by India Today Book Clu

In July 09, after a lot convincing done by telemarketing guy, I purchased 2 sets of books each costing Rs 2598. I was told that along with this I will get free air ticket and 3 nights/2day hotel accomodation for couple and one child.
I have received the books but now I am told that to claim free gift I have to log on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm. I need unique promotion number to key in to claim the free gift. There is no unique promotion number given on the invoice. The only mention on invoice is Login web ID, which if I key in comes with error - You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again!!!
