sir,

I Naveen Nebhnani booked Reebok kit on dec 19, 09 from my cradit card. i had spoke to Miss Shivani (time 12.35 pm). I given order to her.

After few minuites I got call from your people that if I give order for one more kit so I will get assure gift worth Rs 5000.the person called me on my mobile no 9887554435 and your peson name is (KAPIL BIDURI).

After that again I received call from your side now person is (Mr. SUNNY). He commited me that I will get assure gift out of five things. The five things details are blow

1. Philips DVD

2. Digital photo frame

3. Swash metal watch

4. Nokia 3500 mobile

5. Singtel dual sim mobile phone.

I told him to call me after 18:00 .till then let me think about another kit.

I got call from Mr.sunny again i comformed all five things with him. He gave me assurance about assure gift. So finaly I gave order for anothe kit. Order id (880035100).

he asked me about any coice for assure gift I replied that if possible send me nokia 3500 or philips dvd.

Now your people are saying something else.

I received my both reebok kit. But till today i did not received any free gift from you. I complain so many times through mail and phone but no response.

I did not expect hopless and negligible behaviour from india’s leading group.

So kindly send me my assure gift as early as possible.
