Non Receipt of online goods Order from India Today Book Clu

Dear Sir,

I have placed an online order on India Today Book Club site and paid the amount online through credit card on 29.01.2009 and assured for dispatch of the goods within 3 weeks and till date not received the same.

Every time i write the email to them and the get the anwer that due to some postal proble the order has been returned back to us but no details forwarded for the same and asking for the correct address for the dispatch.

Further, I have already provided that with my contact nos also, then also they have failed to complete the transaction and nobody is picking up the helpline nos and answer if picked up the call.

As per the latest email i va just spoke to on of the representative Mr. Balakrishnan the order is still not dispatched and will not get delivered before 3rd week of April.

Kindly assist on the matter to resolve the issue.
