I have ordered Reebok shoe through on line on 16-04 , the next day customer care called me and informed that web transaction not successful and asked me to order again through phone system. i got my parcel on 02 - 05 and next day one more parcel came, which i have refused to accept and returned to the courier itself. 21 - 5 - i got the credit card statement and shocked. they have debited twice Rs 2499/-.

Immediately i have made complaint and till now i am making complaints, nothing taking place. i have complaint through this forum also, you have sent one letter to the cheating company then also nothing has happened.

So i request you to take severe action or guide to file a consumer case against them to claim for mental torture they have given to me.
