Not receive of free gift from India Today Book Club since last 2 years

I am the customer of India Today Book Club since my membership no. ITBC08628008. I have ordered some CDs and after that some books there is a offer of free gifts "reeboke carry bag" and more. I have already made various complaints to ITBC and phone calls, but till date I have not received the same.
