Non receipt of Holiday stay voucher code form NO. 003615 and order no. 0GAO90066

I write with regard to my holiday, coupon no. 003615. My husband and i have been unsuccessfully trying to obtain a promo code from your office since March. To begin with, your office needs to be informed that the Govt of India speed post service does not service addresses which carry only a PO Box no. and no street address. Likewise, all the big courier companies also refuse to send couriers to such addresses citring problems in delivery. As such, we sent a courier on 8th March and the courier company informed us after one month that they were unsuccessful in reaching the courier. Then we tried to send the courier from other courier companies but no one was willing to take responsilibilty. Then we tried to send

it by speed post but encountered the problem stated above. We then sent the request form via regular post but have not reived any confirmation or call from your office. We contacted your office via email as well atleast 50 times and yet we did not get any solution to our frustration. Furthermore the office phone is mostly unanswered, which made it impossible for us to get a solution for our problem from a responsible person at the office. I have spoken to a few reps in the last few days - Shailyaja, rajni, prashant, ramneek but i have recived HORRIBLE customer service. i was finally provided a promo code by Ms. Shailaja and asked to email Kunal Shah indicating preferred locations and dates. I was assured a reply within 48 hrs, but that also did not happen.

Now i am tired of speaking to numerous reps at the bangalore and delhi offices and i dont know who is responsible for this matter- bigcity or ITBC? This is blatant harrassment of customers.
