Charged Twice for The SAME BOOKS SET, that too SENT WITHOUT ORDERING

India Today Book Club - sent books by VPP (even though they were not ordered) and sent a mail saying if i dont want I can return the VPP Post, but my folks paid for it, since i m an NRI thinking that i have ordered them. After a month they sent the same booksbuddy packet with the same books by VPP and too money from my folks.

I have Invoice details everything to prove the above

Any ideas what you can call - the above selling technique
