NON-DELIVERY of Purchased items and GIFTs

I have ordered the Books (Encyclopedia) along with a holiday Package as a free gift voucher total costs around Rs. 600/-. The order is made on-line through the credit card and i had received the payment confirmation on the same day itself. This offer was come on my mail id as an advertisement.

Even after about TWO Months i did not received my order and its gift items. There is no response on their customer service.

After the complaint i got a VPP parcel asking me for Rs. 600 to get the order. I had sent the order but there was no response from the ITBC Customer service department. Their Phone no. is also no taking us to speak a customer service officer.

So I request ALL not to have any deal with the ITBC with trust.
