Non recieving of the adidas bag and holiday voche

I am dr santhosh working as the pediatrician in sullia, DK

i ordered for the 3 cds and free gift of adidas bag and the holiday vocher through the indiatodaybookclub.com, i recieved the cds but i did not get neither the adidas bag nor the hloiday vochers, they avised me to enter the offersindiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm.i entered the site and entered the ITBC membership number, invoice number etc but the reply i got was the numbers are invalid.they have mentioned about the unique code that is printed in the invoice of the order which is also confusing, my membership number is ITBC08476433.please let me know what is th esolution for this... this appears like a cheating in the name of INDIA TODAY ..which is unacceptable and unbearable.
