NON-RECEIPT OF ORDERED BOOKS AND ITS GIFTS- MITBC-WEB-0651867

I have ordered the Books (Encyclopedia) along with a holiday Package as a free gift voucher. The order was made on-line through the credit card and i had received the payment confirmation on the same day itself. This offer was come to me as an ad in my mail id

Even after about TWO Months i did not received my order and its gift items. There is no response on their customer service.

After the complaint i got a VPP parcel asking me for a payment to get the order. I sent - back the parcel but there was no response from the ITBC Customer service department regarding anything. Their Phone no. is also not taking us to speak a customer service officer.

So I request ALL that NOT to have any deal with the ITBC with trust.
