Non Receipt of Gifts

India Today Book club has given an offer by paying Rs.699/- one Rs.5000/- Holiday Vouchar and one Addidas bag @499/-.But the site where i need to claim all the gifts, those web site is not working. My Membership Code is ITBC08421238.This is unfortunate part for India Today group. If this trend is continueing, I will lodge the complaint in consumer foram.
