Non delivery of product

I had ordered for Britannica Encyclopedia Jumbo pack from India Today Book Club and paid through my Credit Card. I received a confirmation mail on April 30 stating that the payment has been received and quoted my order number. They asked for 2-3 weeks for delivery. I waited for a long time, and followed up sometime in 1st Week of June. The customer care executive replied that the product has been despatched. After a week, I again called for follow up and got a reply that the consignment got rejected as the consignee refused to accept. The fact is that no one even came to my address. Then I received a mail that the consignment was rejected. I again confirmed to resend the consignment on June 28. I am still waiting for the product even after such a long time.
