Non reciept of free gift

I had ordered CDs under an offer scheme where free gift of Addidas Bag was promised. I paid for the order but the free gift never arrived. I sent more than 10 reminders to India Today Book Club but they are not replying. It looks very fishy - if they dont want to send the gift let them tell the customer. If this is the situation from India Today Organisation, God save the indian consumers from the sellers. Can you please help in this?
