Unable to get the promised gifts

I have paid Rs 603 and received three CDs. Using my invoice number ORA080069233, I have tried to retrieve the Holiday Package on

Internet many times in last 10 days. However, the message appearing on website "http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffer.htm" says " We are sorry, the numbers you have provided are not valid." All my telephonic and e-mail requests to India Today have fallen on deaf ears.
