Site not getting for claiming as instructed by indiatoday

Dear Sir/Madam,

i had recived the order which i had placed with India Today Book Club. But when i am claming the special offer Member Number and login Web ID does not take (log in).

Please let me know what i need to do for claiming the special offer.
