Non-receipt of details regarding family holiday & free gift

I received your books worth Rs 699 inv.no ORA080063606 & inv.dt 27-JUN-08.

Till date I have not recvd. any details regarding deluxe family holiday nor have I recvd. a Tupperware lunch box as promised by you in the letter. I feel duped by you. This was not expected from you to say the least.

However I request you to help me in enjoying my free vacation & my free gift by doing the needfull at your earliest.
